Well of course he does. that's what he is getting paid to do. If you just got paid 4.5M in shares, then got rid of 1.5M shares, roughly making over 100K, hell I'd pump it to. But what I'm wondering is how or did he sell RESTRICTED shares? He wasn't suppose to be able to do that just yet. From what I've been hearing on here. Can you actually sell restricted shares? And what are the ways around it?
