Last mortgage I arranged was for 1.75mil. and it took 38 days. Reliant has been getting their loan for around 100 days--------BIG difference.
The 1st PR stated it would be in the next 30 days---then add 30 days, then next week, then by the end of the month and now because of the holidays it will be the 15th. Last time I checked the holidays were at the end of December---its not like they moved Christmas up a few weeks and forgot to tell the Hamiltons----more BS. Gthanks----let me know what I can do to help----Finn, gotta love your approach.......makes me wonder why your sticking up for these guys.
