The word 'dilution' has come up in the past, but I think whoever said that may have made a mistake, I believe they were meaning 'issuing of shares'.... for when the GOLD mine does start up, the average ore truck costs $2,000,000 and the excavating machines cost $10,000,000... (on the average, unless they are panning by other methods), and not to mention the cost of processing!!, so there will be huge costs associated with mining, and going public wouldn't make sense if they have private venture capital.
So, I am not sure how NWWV is going to work this out, but I do know it will not be cheep!
