I really cant speculate, But I think some MMs are shorting it after buying on the same day.
If the CEO has 23 mil of them and still probabbly accumilating I bet this shorting cant be continuing for long.
All we can say is in this quarter if SDVI can show that they are uplisted to OTCBB and show that they have good $$ comming in for future then we have have big run.
I will still be holding on and buy if possible.
