It's a revolving line of credit and operates like a credit card with very high interest I'm sure. It would be a disaster if they couldn't get the LOC. Probably will take another 60-90 days to close which is why they sold shares a couple of days ago to buy the current inventory. This is normal business stuff if you want to be in business. We'll close today about where we start IMO. : )
