Nice run up since my initial purchase at 11 and change, I will maintain my holdings here until we meet a p/e of 15. Currenty we are at 9.6 with a price/book ratio of only 0.93.

With the yield at still near 10% and the 5 year growth forecast at 20% (peg is only 0.48), I will hold this bad boy for a long time to come. Go TCAP!
