SMART Wet Cleaning Solutions and Clothesline Cleaners have adopted an "Open Door Policy" of permitting government officials and dry cleaners to see for themselves how to achieve substitution of conventional solvents in the estimated 35,000 American dry cleaning plants still using Perchloroethylene (Perc).
