Where there are positives there are negatives with any company.

Depends on whether you want to focus on the positives or negatives. I for one am a positive thinker and when I find a negative I try to correct in a way to make it better.

Agree it is fruitless to always look at things in a negative manner. Where there is a positive there is always a negative.

However, the over negativity with some individuals has reason for concern about specific issues.

It all depends on how some inviduals deal a negative view on life. Many times it creates something that doesn't make sense and makes people behave in irrational manners. They become consumed in their way of thinking and no one can convince them otherwise.
