NO your looking at a falling stock, not a channeling stock at bottom lows. Most all PR hype plays come from bottom channeling stocks. Your looking at a failing stock. IMO it's getting what it deserves, more then being manipulated for lower entry. The decline is just TOO large. You have identifyed the PPs stall with strong CMF though!! Probably just retail expecting this is the bottom. Speculators tend to accumulate on stock that bottom. For some reason there is a cult which likes possible bottom bounce plays.
