Imo, he has to. It´s called credibility or, in this branch, spell it creditability. You can´t praise him for having the foresight to find the right moment if he doesn´t know what will come and happen in only two months. A bigger delay is impossible for retail shareholders. Who would or could trust him anymore? I´m longer on the story than anyone thinks, made my first post here a pretty while back and remember well the conversations like "there will be no dilution". Well, it´s excused and can happen but at some point and date, PS do finally what you are saying and that´s not a bash.
