Dirtdog, far be it from me to chastise anyone for their opinion. You have said you have lost you a$$ on this investment, and you blame Tom for "lying" to you. You've said it, we've read it and heard it. I now believe that you are continuing your opinion in the hope that all of the remaining investors will turn on Tom, sell and lose our a$$ as you did. If that is not your intention, why the hell are you repeating yourself over and over, and over. If you were lied to and "conned", than you must admit that Tom was/is smarter than you to have gotten your money. Maybe he's gotten ours also, but we still think that he has a shot, or......we'd all be gone too.
