You are referring to the Regency Biolock you purchased thru Cyberkey. Knowles, we already had this discussion back early summer.


Sequiam's agreement with Black and Decker/Kwikset wasn't finalized until late May.

The lock you purchased had plastic gearing etc. and was not backed by Black and Decker/Kwikset nor did it have any warranty.

You are confusing Sequiam's Black and Decker Smartscan with the Regency Biolock. Might look the same on the outside but not the same on the inside.

Your problem is due to purchasing the rebranded lock thru Cyberkey. If you had purchased thru Sequiam you would have no problem.
