Only your opinion. It really doesn't bother me that you call the lock junk as everything Sequiam launches you call junk.

I do have the opinion you purchased your lock thru a defunct reseller that is no longer in business. Otherwise Sequiam would exchange the lock or Black and Decker would exchange the lock as it carries a 12 month warranty.

However, if you purchased your lock thru Cyberkey which my guess is you did then you really have no backup and are stuck with junk.

If you purchased the lock directly from Sequiam they would exchange. However, I also remember you stating you purchased your lock last spring before the lock was even available on the Home Depot website.
