Well I'm not quite sure I agree with you that Henning talks about $10 per share "nonstop." Can you provide a link to such information, or reference some particular CC?
You said "A RS was supposed to be performed a few months back" Can you provide some evidence for this?
Your entire argument that an R/S is bound to happen is predicated upon the assumption that Henning is adamant about this stock quickly getting to $10 per share. Now I'm not calling you a liar, but if Henning really does talk "nonstop" about a $10 pps, could you please show us where this happens?
Here are some reasons why an R/S anytime soon would be an imprudent move:
1. It would discourage future investment for Henning's company because it would clearly establish a pattern of R/Ss
2. With the launch a month away, it would create massive selling and embitter current investors
3. It would cast a shadow over the launch because potential investors would be discouraged by his propensity to R/S and the increased risk associated with the new pps
4. A $10 pps could be achieved with an R/S, but it certainly would not last long, and the stock would probably be delisted again shortly.
I'm gearing up for the run during launch...I hope you are too!
