You just need to keep calling the number of DB. There are times when he gets so many calls, that it's just not possible to handle all of them. You write: "they change [their] whole company", before knowing the full extent or all the parameters of the new business plan. My guess is that you are being a bit too impatient and maybe jumping to conclusions as a result.
