"that's not true. I know many very successful, both financially and business wise folks who deliver their own products. If you understand the entrepreneurial personality you'd understand that about them....there's a special psychie connected to this group of people vs. others. But again, you'd really have to have an understanding of this type of business person vs. the person who steps in and takes over someone elses business development. Those are the 'grey suit/white tie' folks...."

Please! We have had to listen to a long history of this company dating back to the underdog days of the little Millvale store that thought it could.
This is not a startup business. JV has been doing this since 1994. If he is doing deliveries, it is out of desperation - not because of some virtuous intent to show everyone how it is to be done. I have been around entrepreneurs for most of my life - yes, there is a special psyche that surrounds them, but not in a way that this guy exploits at every opportunity.
If he would pay the employees, pay his bills and stop behaving like a little kid, he might be able to hire a delivery person or two. This is the same person who doesn't return phone calls to investors and franchisees. Are we to now believe he is working in the corporate store as a laborer because he loves to do it? We are supposed to be WAY beyond the point where the CEO delivers pizza. Isn't he supposed to be opening scores of new stores, securing additional investment, running a well-oiled corporate machine with franchise systems, call center, etc. etc. blah blah blah? If he is now starting at ground zero - where he was in 1994, then what is the future of this business?
