no warrants do not trade, warrants give the investor the right to purchase a certain amount of stock at a set price..In Baltia's case the warrants can be excercised at .10...
So if you have a 100,000 warants, that means you have the right to purchase 100,000 shares of stock @ .10 even if the stock was .50...
