If you look at the chart below, the Accum/Dist indicates the dilution has stopped... and check out the CMF! These basic chart indicators are saying it's perfect time buy! We're also getting a series of company updates this week.

Originally the O/S was 722 Million per the TA on July 3, 2007. As you may or may not know Seaway Capital, Inc., acquired the public shell on June 30, 2007. By July 12, 2007, per the TA, the CEO got the O/S down to 184 Million to combat what he knew would be coming.

The CEO also mentioned the possiblity of a buyback from one of the lastest PRs (below). I also know that he wants SWVC to someday go from the OTCBB to an exchange such as the AMEX...

Finally, after management builds the underlying intrinsic value of Seaway Valley through its portfolio of cash flowing assets, the Company will aggressively explore value enhancing strategies such as parent debt reduction, share buybacks, and/or dividends. These strategies shall take additional time and will ultimately depend on the success of the underlying portfolio companies.

Regarding the 8-K, the terms of SWVC's financial agreement with GGI are actually really good. Coversion calculation of $0.10? I would not be suprised if SWVC were trading around $0.10 in the near future.
