Well, this is getting interesting, isn't it?

I checked R&R's web site the afternoon of 12/21, the day their report was announced and Peregrine was listed on their MM list, which was also dated 12/21. I posted that here right after I found out.

Now, why would R&R go to the trouble of stating as of 12/20 that they didn't make a market in PPHM only to add them to their MM list the very next day?

Based on that disclosure you highlighted it looks like we may have less than 2.5 months of waiting before something gives.
