After speaking with the lawyer yesterday I'm pretty sure that is no scam under way. The confusion of the transactions had me worried for a moment. Considering the lawyer returned my call and was as open as possible the worries went away. They are cleaning up everything so it can be handed to a buyer IMHO. I'm treating this as a high quality shell. Audits under way according to the lawyer (IMO to uplist to OTC), move to Delaware (reason for this latest RM with a private entity - Dynasty in Delaware), make the company a full reporting company (again OTC is in sight), very low floating (13 million), Ditanna controls 87% of OS, very low OS per pinky standards. The question here is if they already have a buyer in the energy area. If they do the process will be very fast, maybe finished by spring.
