Thanks for the information. So it sounds like the only way to get this information is from the company to see if they were sold. I get the feeling talking to Jim Hock he has the list of all of the investors in front of him. I am not sure if he has the sales. I appreciate him calling back. He is very good about that. I know he has to tow the party line and cannot say certain things. He does it in a realistic way that he has credibility. We discuss our views on the communication issue and I appreciate him calling back.
On the 144 s driving down the price I agree it is something more. An investor in the company feels most of the problem is with the 144s forward selling - meaning they sold short without presenting the certificates to the bokerage firms. I estimate about 4M 144s might have sold. If they forward sold that would produce close to your 9.5M extra shares out there. The brokerage firms figured that they would never have come up with the shars because according to Iceman 98% of the pk sheets stocks acted never survive. I hope UBS & Kite get nailed.
