Where I am coming from is that I have enough questions in my mind about NNRF, based on what all of us can see and read in PRs, as well as a less of a public situation..an incident where though verbal and 3rd party[not my self and their CFO direct in a phone conv.] but the CFO and a good friend of mine.
In this situation, this CFO clearly misled a person and without qualification or hesitation -enough said

I believe the license extended to NNRF for the tech owned by GBMR ..Nucap is over written to say the least

NNRF would do well to enjoy this license for Russia ONLY
and not any other part of the globe at this time.
The license should be for Russia on a Tentative basis and
not an Evergreen agreement.

I am in no way trying to knock NNRI for my gain
rather I am a bystander to a deal made by a company I believe in..GBMR, with another company [NNRF] where I feel GBMR made a mistake in awarding NNRF a near Global License on a Exclusive
basis.

NNRF leaves a lot of doubt in my mind about their Effectiveness as a partner for GBMR at this time.

As for NNRFs collective Charactor and Integrity
I have a gut feel that NNRF will not be earning any
Blue Chip Awards in the near future
