It looks very stupid to buy shares in XXIS given such a market cap since you can indirectly get more than 5 times as big a stake in the company by buying SPZI. Of course the market cap of XXIS is not justified. The stock price of SPZI and its market cap of about 8 million dollars is evidence of this.
