If it is okay to ask, where is this information coming from?
I don’t believe that we are going to see a movement from any institution until management can provide positive information to the "street vendors" to start pumping up the institutional buys. I am not talking about the sales pitches that we have heard from Gene and crew. I am talking about honest statements followed by accurate and positive key statistics and balance sheet records, you know, things like cash flow and true income statements. Not monies made off of float sales or write downs (let's call that false monies for market expectations). In the mean time we sit on our stock, and hope that some portion of what we were told is the truth and trials really are moving forward, and Cytocore really is delivering product overseas, that will produce revenue.
