Jking question::::::::: What happens to RA and USXP if RA wins his appeal and then prevails in appeals court now that the receiver that sold of it's asset's and virtually destroyed any hope of recovery? Not interested in the rhetoric that this scenario will generate by others here. I'm just curious if the scenario above happens then what happens to USXP?
