That's right Songbirdia, Spoozchartz does indeed operate autonomously, the only thing you need is subscribership to the feeds which you can choose yourself. There are of course free feeds available.

And you are correct again that there's less customer support requirements. A chart is very user friendly, it does what you tell it to do. SpoozChartz just does a whole lot more. And in case you have been following my posts, I have developed a more pronounced interest in charts.
