Tom has to get the share price up ASAP to prevent major dilution. Ideally above .10c. That's only 15,000,000 new shares.

I banking on Tom taking these funds and making an acquistion very fast; within the next day or two and making the announcement via PR's. He needs these funds to complete this and get us the "intrinsic value" that will reflect a SP of .10 or better.

Can he pull it off?
