I concur. Dealing with your old pals at Alaska is one thing. I'm sure Boyer is finding out that dealing with the big carriers brings a new problem set. They are slow and squeeze a dollar bigtime. If I were with one of the big boys, I'd wonder why I needed APS and would try to hammer them down. I'd try to get the product from the source... or look elsewhere.
