Stay away from ARRT lol. I bought in this morning at .0012 and then realized how diluted its going to be since they are adding 1 billion shares. I set a sell at .001 (2 ticks below the bid) to try to save my investment a little and it took an hour to go through and scottrade got me .0013. So after fees and taxes i was able to profit $7.
