Basically what you believe then is that Aurus lies in all of their press releases?

So Aurus management was just sitting around one day doing nothing, since they apparantly don't have a company according to you, and then they thought "why don't we send out a press release to our sucker investors saying that there has been a buyout offer for all of our outstanding shares for 55 cents a share!"
