Did the same before Xmas DM and included FP but still got the usual party game of 'pass the parcel'. My posting of 'filing in early 2008' was an assumption from info in the last SEC filing, rather than something from 'whoever in GBRC' (and we all know how truthful these have been)and it remains to be seen just how accurate that is. I tend to agree with the posted viewpoint that filing must be imminent based on the apparent GBRC objective to list on AMEX. However,it seems 'anything can be said' with this company but little is meaningful. I guess as we move into January feelings will start heating up again. It is long past time GBRC was upfront and honest with its long suffering shareholders....by information and action
