B/A 0.2 0.3 Etrade

Really have no ideas left, why is this stock litteraly stucked.
Excellent sales in Decembers and good prospects for future.

Just from December 1Mio USD revenues and some 6.4 M OS
the share value in this moment should be at least 0.5 USD.

Really have no idea anymore.

Any explanation anybody ?
