There are two possibilities in my opinion.

1. Paragon Capital LP will go public itself with PVNC. (25% chance imo)

2. Paragon is an investment fund so they may bring one of their investments public. (75% chance imo)

Both ways are good for us imo but of course we need more information now. You should keep one in mind: The old BOD-members were the major shareholders of PVNC. They got 250K to pay all the depts and they can only make profit by selling their shares in future. So I realy belief they made a good deal for their own profit and we will participate.
