Jannie, FWIW, I think it's great that you are here. If it were not for you, I am sure more people would be sucked into this and there would be more lost savings, lost kids funds, etc.. Your DD is weighty and valuable, and if anything, people should follow your lead and be as agressive in their DD as you are. They might feel that crossing their fingers and hoping for the best is foolish.

I have a question for you. Since Steve is in control, and says this is a scam, and there are no books, business, etc...then what are his options? Why doesn't he pull the plug? I assume he and the boys are facing legal threats from shareholders for one. But I wonder what his way out of this is. Maybe he is still silent because of his lawyers advice, but I just think the longer this goes on, the more harm is done to all. Thoughts? TIA. Enjoy the day!
