I think everyone on this board wants the share price to go up...because we are all biased and are shareholders....as such schemes about getting rich on the wave of this company's share price sounds exciting but scary....

That is perhaps why the management has been able to get by and not be open and transparent about its plan.....or plans....depends upon the flavor of the month I guess.....

What I am interested to know is why the buyout is happening in the first place....where is the substantial grant money, the plan of action, the super duper scheme that beats every one else in the market....What the hell....

But I guess a buyout is there on the table as predicted by the gods....and the angels of mercy are running away with abundant free shares....

What miracle did the Herda and clan display that lead the buyer to succumb ...Resistance is futile!!! prepare to be assimilated!!!

WTH is worth 110 Million here folks!!!!
