No, our firm is not the PR nor the IR firm for AquaGold International. We
are an independent Micro and Small Cap Financial Marketing Firm. We have not
been compensated in any way from The Company or any Shareholders.
However we do intend to pursue AquaGold International for additional
financial marketing and interviews.Should we do strike a Compensatory deal
with the Company, then rest assured we will fully disclose.
