Remember the PR said "about two weeks" (emphasis on "about"). This is the government we waiting on. The "about" could mean anywhere from 10-21 business days (imo).

I think they are refering to the "entire" process including the CUSIP change.

Who knows the 10-14 days could be the best-case senario.
