I bought and sold a house a few years ago,,,, The owners had chain smoked cigarettes at the rate of several packs a day for many years.. util lung cancer took them to the great smoking room in the sky..

It took several gallons of KILZ on the walls and ceilings to make them ready for paint. Even after that, the smell lingered for awhile.

Is meth harder to eradicate than nicotine stain?? If so, I would say burn the damn thing.
