Haley's Comet Casinos, Inc., Reverse Merger Candidate with AdPads, Incorporated, Selects General Contractor for Initial Construction Site
AdPads, Incorporated (PINKSHEETS: APAD) which announced that it expects to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Haley's Comet Casinos, Inc. is proud to announce that Helm Building LTD of Salem, Virginia has agreed to be the General Contractor for Haley's Comet Casino's first location in West Virginia.
The casino initially will be a 10,000 square foot metal building with an attractive rock facing with suitable room for expansion of the casino facility as business demands. Included will be a state-of-the-art design for a beautiful lounge based on Las Vegas standards. This lounge will feature a wide variety of the most popular alcoholic beverages, live entertainment, and multiple HD televisions to enable customers to follow any of their favorite sporting events.
According to Bruce Martin, President of Haley's comet Casinos, "We expect to finalize our merger agreement with AdPads, Incorporated ("APAD"-PK) within the next few weeks and will continue to keep our shareholders updated about future Corporate news."
About Haley’s Comet Slot Casino
The first Haley's Comet Slot Casino in West Virginia should be open for business as early as spring 2008 with a startup cost for the land and a 20,000 square foot building of about $3,000,000. Anticipated monthly revenues could approach $3,000,000, with an operational monthly budget of only $300,000 within its first 12 months.
