dosent it appear like Citadel has some plan thats starting to roll down the tracks here,it almost appears like everythings happening for a reason now,maybe joe moglia is being setup as the new CEO in a major aquisition about to unfold in next 30 days,there was some site dated jan 2 that had new buyout rumors,was called JAC or something lost the link,needed subscription login anyway to read full story,this link here is intresting,shows major funds buying rather then selling
