The R/S would be a lousy move. I am hoping that management knows it is a bad move and that is why it has not happened. I think we've all had the experience of a penny stock R/S taking the stock to dollars - and the stock immediately falling back down to pennies (only with much fewer shares in your account). Not fun. I've never seen a big R/S work well with a penny stock. I've personally seen it flop maybe 5 times. The main attraction of a penny stock is that it is CHEAP and provides massive leverage for our gains - when we own hundreds of thousands or millions of shares. The big R/S takes all that advantage away. We shall see!!
