Hey guys, I read through the press release and 8k and I am cautiously optomistic at this point. Yes I agree it was good to get rid of cornell but it sure came at a very heavy price. I mean the company just increased its fully diluted shares by more than 500 million which is enourmous. I realise they are resticted but now a small profit will have to be spread over 600 + million shares and some of those share get paid dividends. Barring a significant acquisition or significant revenue in the quarterlys going forward I think its going to be tough to move the stock knowing they also just sold a ton at a penny. I had hope for a dime but that would now put the market cap at greatef than 60 million which is rich. I guess there is reason to be somewhat optomistic although there seems to be the huge dilution factor that will weigh in at some point in the future. I want to be realistic in what I am reading and invested in and best of luck.
