Something will get announced before Feb. 1 for sure. Looks like TOUSA's "talk" with its bondholders is coming to an end and we should learn what restructuring route TOUSA will take in less than 30 days. TOUSA is currently priced for BK so if the restructuring does not involved Ch. 11 protection, then you will see a hugh short squeeze when the news come out.

TOUSA needs to default on these interest payment in order to execute whatever the restructuring agreement it made with its bondholders. Today's 8-k was totally expected and already priced in today's pps, IMO.
