The authorized is 2.2 I have not moved it up. Go ahead and check with Delaware they will tell you that this has not changed. I have just got off the phone with people who I sold stock to for the 504 , none of them moved any at these prices , why would they when most paid .0007-.001, why would they dump at .0001 it makes no sense.

I have no clue who you are, BUT for some odd reason i will believe you. Assuming you are being honest then i'm clueless as to whom else has 300million shares as we retail investors don't. I'm not trying to call you a liar, but you wouldn't mind me checking with the state of Delaware to confirm there was't shares added to the market today?

Any particular reason you sold 298 million shares into the market today? I'm for dilution if you need it, but you just killed the PPS and also created a new 52wk low??
