No, no one was compensated. The hearing was today and everyone went except the Vowlers, so the cc agents all won due to default. The judge did say that the Vowlers called them and told him they weren't going to be there. Some of the agents went to the Monroeville store to see JV and he was there. He is trying to offer them enough stock to cover what he owes them if they drop the charges against him. There is a conference call tomorrow with all the agents and Lonnie to try and make them take the stock. It is not worth the paper it is written on!!!!!
