Well Lucy, 15% is nice for the dow but not penny land. This is a speculative stock that has been beaten down. This news in my opinion merits a move to the .04-.05 cent range. Also I would hope with news like this the stock would turn at least 5 million shares. Shows we are still not on the radar as much as I hoped. However, we are seeing a little move up now and maybe tomorrow will have some nice follow through!
