Your logic on using these numbers to buy is wrong. Nolan miscalculated the effect of the reverse split and private placement. Instead of taking 2 step forward and one step back the "SHARE PRICE" is doing 2 step forward and 5 steps back.

Would it surprise anyone if we go below .50? I have learned over the years that when a share price collapse it usually go way below most investors think.
