DM - The 2008 thrust from Tire Chef makes for interesting reading but does'nt really change anything with regard to GBRC and posters on this board.I cannot understand the reason for his continuing posts with the same theme ....unless the objective is to gain support from investors already interested/invested in the discussed technology.
As you have already mentioned,if JP has a beef with FP & Co then he should chase them. If there really was a legal issue,I'm sure it would be resolveable in some way.....maybe even collaboration between the two.
I cannot see that JP's motive is completely altruistic.
