Diverdan/GP...I too have nothing against training for CHL's, in fact I think everybody should go through some basic training. I believe all should be given gun safety in school, and then complete a more thorough course if they wish to get a CHL, that is not gun control, but just plain good sense. There are just too many idiots in this world.

IMO if these gang bangers had an good gun safety class as a child, some of the mystique would be removed and there would less accidental gun deaths; like maybe the ignorant azz's might hit what they want instead of just tossing the lead about, JMO!
