Ice Man did receive stock as payment from a third party. I believe that 3rd party is Richard Connors. He set this deal up. He was the CEO of SFDE (Stafford Energy). His history with pink sheet companies is not something to brag about. Stafford Energy went through several name changes. They were all failed companies such as BC Hot Houses (growing tomatoes I think), Stafford Ventures, etc. He makes his living obtaining financing from unwitting investors. He plays out the company until its stock value is too low to salvage.
I think Barry Davis (Ice Man) and Connors both made a substantial profit from the rise AND FALL of NNRI.
My question is:
Can we show a relationship between IM, Connors and one or more members of the NNRI management team? Connors and Sinclair worked together at SFDE/Abucco, but that alone doesn't prove of any collusion.
Hold on to your recordings. They may be useful in the coming months.
